First Aid refresher for guides and communities

This week trainers from St. John Ambulance led first aid training in both Naga and Navai villages, as part of our ongoing training programme for with our partner communities. For some of the hiking guides this was a refresher, for others it was a chance to learn a new set of skills.

We are always impressed by the commitment and enthusiasm of the trainers from St. John Ambulance, as they share knowledge and experience that can save lives. We are also extremely grateful to them for welcoming members from across each community to take part alongside the guides.

We’re now looking forward to training taking place in Nubutautau and Nabalesere during December.
