Pricing includes accompanied and shared 4WD transport from Suva or the Suncoast, local accommodation in villages or lodges, meals as stated in the itinerary, community guides for each hike, and is inclusive of taxes. If you are living permanently in Fiji, please get in touch to check for local discounts.
Our scheduled departures do not require a minimum number of guests to guarantee they happen, except for the Highland Escape at the local special price. Private group trips require a minimum of three adults, or alternatively may incur a surcharge. We also offer driver-guide with vehicle services if you want to plan your own adventure.
Our usual starting points for multi-day treks are Suva or the Suncoast (the area including Wananavu Beach Resort, Volivoli Beach Resort, Tanoa Rakiraki Hotel, and others). Pick up from other locations can be arranged, but an additional transfer fee may be charged. The exception to this is the Two Peak Challenge, where a Nadi pick up is ideal.
At the end of multi-day treks, we drop guests in Nadi or anywhere along the main road between Nadi and Suva.
For multi-day treks a deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking, with the remainder due 14 days prior to departure. For day trips the full amount is due on booking.
Payment can be made by credit card when booking through the Trekksoft secure payment gateway using the ‘Book now’ buttons on our website. Payment can also be made by direct online transfer to our account. Please contact us if for the details if you would like to pay by this method.
We work closely with the communities that guests visit to ensure each trip is great for our guests and great for the community. Our treks take into account village protocols and requests, and at times treks may need to be adjusted to take into account unexpected community events. Payments made to the communities for guides, food and accommodation, are in part saved by the community and spent on village projects.
All guests receive an information pack when they book with a detailed itinerary, tips, packing list, and other useful information.
Fiji is a tropical country and the weather can be unpredictable. We do not run scheduled trips during the peak wet season (December to March) for this reason, and if the weather is particularly bad we may need to adapt itineraries for your safety.
